Fallon, Cynthia L., 49 passed away peacefully on June 14, 2014 after a courageous battle with Pancreatic Cancer.



Born and raised in Boston, MA, by her parents, Marie Ginsberg and the late Donald Ginsberg, Cynthia graduated from Colby College in 1986 and Northeastern University School of Law in 1990. She practiced law for thirteen years in New Hampshire in the areas of professional liability defense and probate and trust litigation. In 2004, she moved to Florida and continued practicing and ultimately fulfilled her dream and opened her own practice with her colleague and friend, Barry Spivey. She was admitted to practice law in Florida, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine and also maintained a license as a Certified Financial Planner.?



She was passionate about her family, her pets, and was always there to support those around her. Cynthia enjoyed traveling to Reynolds Plantation and loved hitting golf balls on the range.



Cynthia will be dearly missed by her husband, Stephen Lux; son, Cameron Fallon; Mother, Marie Ginsberg all of Lakewood Ranch, FL Siblings; Bruce and Kristine Ginsberg of Westwood, MA. Stephen Fallon of Charlestown, MA, Dawn-Marie Thompson and Sam Stavron of Southlake, TX.
