Frederick V. Hrachovina D.O., 84, of Venice died April 16, 2011.
Survivors include his wife, Joan.
Dr. Hrachovina had an Osteopathic Medical practice in Minneapolis from 1957 - 1984. He was Assistant Professor at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine from 1985 - 1988. He is listed in Who's Who in America and Who's Who in Medicine and Health Care.
Memorial donations may be made to A.T. Still University, Museum of Osteopathic Medicine, 800 W. Jefferson St., Kirksville, MO 63501.
