He was born in Cheswold, Delaware, on May 14, 1932, the son of the late Edward John and Vonnetta (Weeks) Leiby.
Harry had been self-employed and had worked for various companies over the years, but retired from Houle's Plumbing and Heating in Waterville, Maine, in 1996.

M. in Clinton, Maine, Past Commander of Pilgrim Commandery #19 in Farmington, Maine, member of Kora Temple Shrine, and a lifetime member and Past Worthy Patron of Fire Side Chapter #103, Order of the Eastern Star in Clinton, Maine.
Harry was a perfectionist who loved to work in his vegetable garden and was a jack of all trades. He built the home that he currently lived in. Harry also had a great sense of humor which will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
