Thelma was born Thelma Elizabeth Ferguson in Milroy, PA on January 16, 1920 to Arthur and Mabel Ferguson.
She has lived in Sarasota since 1956. She loved Gardening and did a lot of volunteer work to help those in need.
Thelma was a member of the First Baptist Church in Sarasota.
She was the beloved mother of Karl K. Kauffman Jr. of Sarasota who will greatly miss her.
