Betty Jo Owen, 85, of Sarasota, died on May 4, 2012. Visitation will be held from 9:00 am to 10:00 am on Tue., May 8, 2012 at Toale Brothers Funeral Home, Colonial Chapel in Sarasota, FL. Services will be held at 10:00 am on Tue., at Toale Brothers Funeral Home, Colonial Chapel in Sarasota, FL. Funeral arrangements by: Toale Brothers Funeral Home.
Interment will be private. She is survived by her sister, Barbara Rosner; her children, Janet Chris, Jeff and Jodi; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, James D. Owen.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Pines of Sarasota or to TideWell Hospice.
