Claire Teresa Buckley, 83, born in Brooklyn, New York, of Sarasota, formerly of Willington, Connecticut died peacefully on Friday, May 4, 2012. She was predeceased by her son, Peter. She is survived by her loving family, daughters Pamela, Christine (Takefumi) Kikuchi, and Margo Stalker, grandchildren Jesse, George, Justin, Chelsea, Robert, Sean, Janel, Kevin, Colin, Joshua, and Jordan and great-grandchildren Justin Jr., Hunter, Marissa, and Audrey. A Celebration of her life was held Tuesday at Toale Brothers Funeral Home 40 North Orange Ave Sarasota. A scattering of ashes will be in Willington, Connecticut at a later date. Memorials may be made to Pines of Sarasota 1501 North Orange Ave Sarasota, Florida 34236.
