Virginia Husted Franks, 70, of Nokomis, FL, died on Jun. 7, 2012. Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Sat., at Venice Yacht Club in Venice, FL. Funeral arrangements by: Jennings Funeral Home & Crematory.
Virginia Husted Franks, beloved wife of Voight Glen Franks, passed away on June 7, 2012. Virginia was born and raised in Bridgeport, CT, and has resided in Nokomis, FL for the past 18 years. She is survived by two loving step-children Voight Franks Jr., and Tammy DeLaney, of Lexington KY, her sister-in-law Maureen Husted, wife of deceased brother Donald Husted of Wesley Chapel, FL, siblings David Husted and his wife, Jeanne of West Haven Stand sister Sharon Johnson of Branford, CT. She has left behind 3 aunts, Louise Husted of Willimantic, CT, Maria Caruso of Sarasota, FL, and Esther Barba of Stratford, CT, along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. Virginia will be greatly missed by her loving family and many friends, all of whom share treasured memories of her.
