In this community, the family developed deep roots and close life-long friendships. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph S. Lash, her son Ralph M. Lash, her parents, and her in-laws, Chester and Ethel Lash; her siblings and their spouses, Harrison (Mill) Schmoll, Jean (Jack) Hungerford, Alinor (Fred) Ticknor, John (Polly) Schmoll and her brother-in-law Craig Manning. Surviving are her children Elaine (Byron) Joyce of O'Fallon, Ill., Bobbi (Pat) Patrizio of Pittsburgh, Penn., Andy (Judy) Lash of Bradenton, Fla., and daughter-in-law Shirley Lash of Binghamton, NY; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law Leona Manning of Lyons, NY, and Lois (Fran) Warren of Bath, NY. Also surviving are 7 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Memorial donations may be made to First Presbyterian Church, 11 Queens Street, Lyons, NY 14489.
