Tracy Warnke-Rose, 43, of Sarasota, FL, formerly of Peoria, IL., went to be with the Lord on June 24, 2012.
Survivors include her mother, Barbara; daughter Jamie Osbourne of Belpre, OH; sons Kane Rose and Jacob Rose, both of Las Vegas, NV.
She was predeceased by her father, Steven Warnke.
Wiegand Brothers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
