He is survived by Wife, Jessica of Sarasota, son, Jacob Jr. of Sarasota, Mother-Father, Cynthia & Arthur of Sarasota, grandparents, Richard & Nancy LaGasse of Sarasota, John & Wanda Pickett of Sarasota, brothers, Jesse, Justin & Quintin all of Sarasota.
