Trites, Ralph Lands

Ralph Lands Trites of Mesa, AZ, formerly of Sarasota, FL, died on June 23, 2012 in the loving care of his Hospice angels in Gilbert, Arizona. Ralph is survived by his loving wife, Sharon Baxter Trites, sister Lois Lucey, brother David Trites, daughters Pamela Parr and Angela Sticca Snyder, son-in-law Scott Parr, grandchildren Chris Edwards, Tyler Sticca, Ashley Snyder, brother-in-law Bill Rothenbach and numerous nieces and nephews. Ralph served in the USMC during the Korean War as a sharpshooter. He grew up in New England and moved to Arizona 13 years ago from Sarasota, Florida. He had been an active member of several Rotary Clubs in Florida, serving as president and director. Ralph's many hobbies included antique car restoration and he was a former Judge of the Antique Auto Association. He also was an active Harley motorcycle owner and involved with bike functions for many years. Ralph organized and was involved in many functions for the Catholic Charities of Arizona. He will be cremated and his adoring wife, Sharon, will scatter his ashes in their beloved Hawaii. In lieu of flowers, we kindly ask for a donation to Hospice Family Care, 13639 E.
