Ruth M. Farello, 85, passed away Monday, July 16, 2012. Born in Parma, OH on May 7, 1925, she was the beloved daughter of the late Rose and Felix Stankiewicz; devoted wife of the late Tom Farello. Ruth is survived by four children, Tom (Marilyn), Anthony (Bonnie), Rozelle (Sal) Corda, and Michael (Catherine); cherished grandmother of Renee, Tom, Brian, Katie, Alex, Michael, and Madison; great-grandmother of William and Sydney. Ruth graduated from St. Luke's Nursing School in Cleveland, and practiced nursing for over 40 years in Ohio and New York before relocating to Sarasota in 1998. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held at St. Thomas More Church, 2506 Gulf Gate Drive, Sarasota, FL on Saturday, July 21, 2012 beginning at 9:30 am. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her name to the St. Thomas More Music Program
