Christine Ann Ritzenhein 93, formerly of Saginaw, Michigan, passed away in the loving arms of her daughter Sharon and her husband Ray Crucet on Thursday evening, November 21, 2013 at Tidewell House Hospice, Sarasota, Florida.
She was born August 18, 1920 to the late Vicktor and Louise Zabelski in Saginaw, Michigan. Christine graduated from Saginaw High School June 1, 1938 and soon after started her first full time job with Lufkin Rule Company.

After the war years they happily settled down in Saginaw. An exemplary homemaker, Christine also managed a successful 20 year career as a salaried employee of GM's Saginaw Transmission Division.
Known for her creative talents and joie de vivre, she was a delight to be with. In addition to playing the piano, singing, dancing, and gardening, she was an expert seamstress who designed and created beautiful garments for friends and family.
Even after suffering a paralyzing stroke, and then in June 2005 relocating to live with family in Sarasota FL, her interests never slackened. A member of the Sarasota Senior Theatre group, Christine was constantly "on-the-go" and involved with dancing, acting, and the creative arts throughout the area.
While her focus was mainly on family and friends, Christine was a gentle, giving lady with a smile that would light up anyone's heart.
