The Lord took Isa on January 17, 2014. She is at peace. Isa was born April 27, 1924 in Skive, Denmark to Svend and Kirstine Thomsen. She had four siblings all of whom are deceased. Isa leaves behind many nieces and nephews. Isa married Murray A. McGrath in Venice, Florida where he owned the "Myakka Bowling Lanes". They moved to Farmington, Michigan and bought "The Danish Inn". Next a move to Manasota Key, Florida where Murph owned a pipe covering company which won the pipe covering contract on the Epcot Center in Disney Land, Orlando, Florida. Their final move was to Englewood Isles where they have lived for 30 years. They opened "The Englewood Oyster Bar" and also "The Egg and I". You could always find them there. They loved people and loved showing them a good time. During all this buying and selling they were practicing real estate agents. Isa lost Murph in July, 1999. Isa's hobbies were ceramics, oil painting and silk flower arrangements. She made them as gifts and also sold many. They visited Las Vegas often. She loved her many friends and traveled extensively with them. Their life together was wild and wonderful. Isa so loved her "Murphy" and her kitty "Suzi-Q" and her family.
