Celestine P. Rhodarmer ASHEVILLE Celestine Presley Rhodarmer, 89, of Asheville, died Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012, at the Memorial Campus of Mission Hospitals. A native of Buncombe County, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Bertha Stepp Presley. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Joe Rhod-armer, who died in 1978; and a son, Ray Presley. Celestine was a past state president of Home Extension Services and active in the VFW auxiliary and the Skyland Fire Department auxiliary. She is survived by two sons, Larry Rhodarmer and wife, Kathy, of Candler and Charles Rhod-armer and wife, Debbie, of Hickory; a daughter-in-law, Shirley Presley, of Candler; one sister, Irene Presley, of Asheville; four grandchildren, Jennifer Clark, Steven Rhodarmer, Joe and Richard Presley; and five great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. this evening, (Monday, Nov. 12), at Groce Funeral Home at Lake Julian. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, in Clyde.
