Sally Fish MAIDEN Sally Ann Moretz Fish, 70, passed away Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at the Palliative Care Center and Hospice of Catawba. She was born in Green County, Pa. to the late Alfred Dale Moretz, Sr. and Blanche Eggers Moretz. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Glenda Wood. She was a member of the First Methodist Church of Maiden and worked as an inspector in the furniture industry. She is survived by her husband, Harlan Fish of the home; one son, Dale Mitchell Fish and his girlfriend, Denise Rose of Newton; one daughter, Leslie Campbell and her husband, Eric of Catawba; four grandchildren, Dalton Fish, Kayly Fish, Daniel Campbell and Luke Campbell; one brother, Alfred Dale Moretz, Jr. of Atlanta, Ga.; and one sister, Barbara Eckard and her husband, Brent of Conover. Services will be held Saturday, May 5, at 10 a.m. at the First Methodist Church of Maiden. The family will receive friends this evening, Friday, May 4, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at the First Methodist Church. The interment will be at Maiden City Cemetery. The Rev. Freida Hobson and Greg Richard will officiate. Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church, Maiden or to Palliative Care Center and Hospice of Catawba County, Newton.
