Mr. Angelo "Buck" LoPresto Obituary
Angelo "Buck" LoPresto, 89, of Hillsdale, passed away Saturday, September 3, 2016 at Hillsdale Hospital. He was born April 19, 1927 in Hillsdale to Tony and Rosa (Vacaro) LoPresto. He married Joan Rhoades and she preceded him in death in 1989.

Angelo was a graduate of Hillsdale High School. He was the owner and operator of LoPresto Auto Sales in Osseo and also managed several gas stations in California. He raced cars for 18 years at several local tracks, including Butler Speedway, Manchester, Angola and Jackson. He also enjoyed dancing at the Singles Club. Angelo was a member of the Hillsdale American Legion and served his country in the US Army in WWII. He will be remembered for his sense of humor and kindness.

Survivors include four children, Angela (Richard) Monahan of Tecumseh, John LoPresto of Osseo, Rocco "Rocky" LoPresto of Hillsdale and Lorri Weaver of Coldwater; grandchildren, Andy, Maria, Dennis, Richard, Brandi, Little John, Anthony, Jakob, Jessica and Jordan; 10 great-grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Nancy LoPresto of Hillsdale.

Angelo was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Joan; son, Randy; and brother, Joe T. LoPresto.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Angelo LoPresto will be at 11 a.m. Friday, September 9, 2016 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Hillsdale with Father David Reamsnyder officiating. Interment will follow at St. Anthony Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the VanHorn-Eagle Funeral Home in Hillsdale with a scripture service at 7:30 p.m.
