Betty A. (Finegan) Bradshaw Obituary
Betty A. Bradshaw, 82, of Jonesville, passed away Sunday, February 9, 2014, at her home. She was born August 13, 1931 in Jonesville to Dallas & Alice (Butcher) Finegan. She was married September 9, 1950 to E. Paul Bradshaw and he preceded her in death Sept. 2, 1998.

Betty was a housewife and for many years was a teacher's aide at Williams Elementary School in Jonesville. She was a member of the Red Hats and formerly served as an Election Inspector for Fayette Township. She graduated in 1950 from Jonesville High School and she was a long time Jonesville resident. Betty was the No-Bake Cookie Queen of Jonesville and she also enjoyed working in her garden. For an individual who never sat behind the wheel of a car, Betty was always on the go.

Survivors include 2 daughters, Claudia Bradshaw of Grass Lake, Mi and Diana Gow of Hillsdale; a very dear loving friend, Vicky Arno of Jonesville; special children in her life, DeNell Nelson of Homer, Erica Sawdey of Jonesville and Emily Biddle-Dunn of California; brothers, Harold (Diane) Finegan of Adrian and Neil (Roberta) Finegan of Jonesville and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and a sister.

Funeral services for Betty Bradshaw will be Thursday, February 13, 2014, at 2:00 P.M., at the VanHorn-Eagle Funeral Home in Hillsdale with Pastor Craig Pahl officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset View Cemetery in Jonesville The family will receive friends for visitation Wednesday from 4-7 P.M. at the funeral home.
