Franklin F. "Frank" Anson Obituary
Franklin F. "Frank" Anson, age 82, of Jonesville, passed away Sunday, November 17, 2013 at the Hillsdale County Medical Care Facility. He was born May 21, 1931 in Moscow Twp., Michigan to Ernest and Marie (Kane) Anson. Frank married Pat Gustley on August 22, 1953 and she survives.

Frank was a fork lift operator at Clark Equipment in Jackson and he served in the United States Army National Guard from 1948-1951. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of LDS in Jonesville. Frank enjoyed working on cars and projects in his garage and gardening. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.

In addition to his wife of 60 years, Pat, Frank is survived by three daughters, Connie (Gerald) LaRoe of Mosherville, Mary (Ed) Binion of Hillsdale and Shirley (Scott) Shuberg of Concord; four sisters, Mary Sanford of Reading, Elsie (Ray) Kline and Alberta (Paul) Truax, both of Hillsdale and Thelma (Larry) Rogers of Jonesville; a brother, Charles (Nancy) Anson of Jonesville; 12 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents, a great-granddaughter, Alexandra Binion and a brother-in-law, Doug Sanford.

Funeral services for Frank Anson will be Thursday, November 21, 2013 at 2:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of LDS in Jonesville with President Orson P. Cardon Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset View Cemetery in Jonesville. The family will receive friends for visitation on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Eagle Funeral Home in Jonesville.

The family wishes to thank and suggest memorial contributions to the Hillsdale County Medical Care Facility for the wonderful care Frank received.
