Fukuko Shock Obituary

CAMDEN - Fukuko Shock, 79, of Camden, passed away Monday August 8, 2016 at home. She was born October 20, 1936 in Hokkaido, Japan to Kingi and Kin Aizawa.

Her hobbies included oil painting, classical music, watching sumo wrestling, and knitting. She enjoyed guitar music and was an avid fan of Elvis Pressley and Alan Jackson.

Survivors include her husband, Carl Shock, whom she married December 24, 1964 in Tokyo, Japan; daughters, Bonnie Miller of Camden, Linda Shock of Fremont IN; sons, Gary Shock of Camden, Joji (Miki) Higuchi of Hokkaido, Japan; sister, Tfundko of Hokkaido; brother, Kenyou Aizawa of Tokyo; grandchildren, Travis (Cassandra) Smith, Steven Walker, Raven King, Jevnee Walker; great-grandchildren, Sephany, Zoey, Devlin, Dylan, Isaiah, Elijah, and Amayah; and grandchildren's mother, Stephanie (Rick) Jackson.

She was preceded in death by her parents and other siblings.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at the Eagle Funeral Home-George White Chapel, Reading. Burial will be in Poplar Ridge Cemetery, Defiance Ohio. Visitation is scheduled Friday from 11 a.m. until time of service.

Memorials are suggested to Great Lakes Hospice, Adrian MI.
