Minnetta J. Probert Obituary
Minnetta J. Probert, 99, a former Toledo, OH, resident, passed away Saturday, December 31, 2016, at her residence in Hillsdale, MI, while under hospice care.

Minnetta was employed with the Toledo Public Schools where she taught for more than 23 years until retiring in 1977. She was a member of the Ohio Teachers and Lucas County Teachers Associations.

Minnetta was a loving and caring person who was always willing to help. She enjoyed the time spent with family especially her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her loving daughters Dr. Carol Malcheff, Shirley (Robert) Sollman, and Marjorie (Jack) Corbett; 11 grandchildren; several great-grand and great great grandchildren. Minnetta was preceded in death by her loving husband Earl M. J. Probert; son in law Dr. Ervin Malcheff; sisters Elizabeth Borough and Mary Pringle; brothers Eugene, Edward, Jerome, and Jack Garrigan and Louis and Cleland Fischer.

Friends may call at the Reeb Funeral Home, 5712 N. Main St. Sylvania, OH, from noon Wednesday until the Funeral Ceremony begins at 2 p.m. Rev. Thomas Burke from First Congregational Church Hudson, MI. where Minnetta enjoyed attending, will officiate. She will be laid to rest beside Earl at Toledo Memorial Park.

Those wishing to offer memorials in Minnetta's memory are asked to consider the Salvation Army, Hillsdale, MI.

Minnetta's family would like to thank "Our Family Friends" caregivers and the staff of the Hospice of Hillsdale for their loving care and support during this difficult time.
