Michael Tinney Obituary
Michael was a graduate of Waldron High School, Class of 1975. He worked at Kustom Fit in Pioneer and the former Waldron Industries. Michael was very active within the Waldron Community. He was involved with the Antique Tractor Club, the Lions Club and also helped coach summer baseball. Michael attended the Betzer Community Church.
Survivors include a sister, Kathy Merfeld and Mark Towers of Waldron; brother, Richard "Ric" Tinney, Jr. of Goliad, TX; step-mother, Janet Tinney of Waldron; step brothers Pastor Glenn (Jean) Flint of Angola, IN and Steve (Suzanne) Flint of Gibsonville, NC; three nieces and one nephew.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services for Michael Tinney will be Saturday, January 4, 2014 at 2:00 p.m., at the Eagle Funeral Home-Charles Fink Chapel in Morenci with Pastors Kim Repp and Glenn Flint officiating. Private family interment will take place at Waldron Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation on Friday evening from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home.
