Thank you again Niederhauser family, I wish we could share with everyone who Eric was. An obituary could never do justice to all the blessings he shared with us, but it was such a comfort to share both his life, and his passing with your family. The beautiful words expressed at his services brought so much comfort.

I am so lucky to have worked with Eric for a year and a half (1999-2001). He was such a special person. I will always remember his love of pancakes and pizza, mostly pancakes. I don't know who would get more excited about taking him to get pancakes him or me because the reaction to taking him to get pancakes was wonderful. He got pleasure from simple things, and that is a lesson we can all learn from him. I live in a different state now, so it has been a long time since I have seen Eric. However, his memories will be with me forever. Eric was really special to me. Love, Mykell (Nield) Wallace
