David Ezola, 86, passed away on Monday, July 22, 2013. He was born in Trenton, Utah, on Jan. 6, 1927, the youngest son of John and Antonietta Repetto Ezola. He was raised on the family farm and attended North Cache High School. He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He married Joann Purser on July 12, 1956, in Preston, Idaho; they were sealed in the Logan Temple on July 15, 1958. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in various capacities including: ward clerk, Scout master, Cub Scouts, and home teacher. He served on the Trenton town board for many years. He has a great love for his wife who returned to her heavenly home on July 7, 2013, and his children and grandchildren. He loved the land and enjoyed working the family farm. He is survived by his children David and Sue Ezola, Pauline and Paul Udy, Scott and Judy Ezola, Don and Linda Ezola, 19 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, parents and two brothers, John Jr. and Joseph Ezola. The family would like to thank Dr. Lars Bergeson and the staff at Logan Nursing and Rehab for all the loving care and kindness they gave dad and mom.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, July 29, in the Trenton Ward Chapel, 1200 N. 400 West. Friends may call 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday evening at Allen Mortuary North Logan, 420 E. 1800 North and from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church.
