Evelyn Marie French, age 80, died Wednesday, November 13, 2013.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Duane, in 2005; her parents, Ernest and Margaret Weber; brother, Ernest Weber, Jr.; and great-grandson, Zachary Slotman.
She attended Calvary Bible Church in Dowagiac, and formerly 1st Presbyterian Church in Holland.
Evelyn is survived by her daughters, Debra (Wade) Slotman of Texas; Carole (Carl) Crawford of Cassopolis; and Valerie (Dan) Koscielski of Zeeland; stepsons, Gary (Sherry) French and Steve French, both of South Haven; 13 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a sister, Beverly Schlaack of Holland; many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Saturday, November 16, at 11 a.m. at Calvary Bible Church, 27032 Marcellus Hwy. in Dowagiac, with Pastor Stacy Alan Wilder officiating.
