Jean, I just went through an old seminary class file on the ministry of the laity in the church. Your father had a significant influence on my present work and ministry. I am sorry to have missed a chance to thank him by only a month. Grace and peace to you and your family. Warmly, Tony and Bonnie Redfern

Steve, I am sorry that I never met your dad. I have heard about him through the years and would have loved to know him. My nephew Jamie Buteyn informed me of his death today. I send my sympathy to you and your family. What a comfort to know that in life and in death, your dad belonged to the Lord.
