Harold Anthony "Tony" Kruithoff Obituary
Mr. Harold Anthony Kruithoff, "Tony", age 72, of Pierson, went to meet his Savior on May 17, 2014. The only son of Bill and Sena, he served four years in the U.S. Air Force, over 30 years as a Grand Rapids police officer and ending his career as the Zoning Administrator for Solon Township. Tony married the love of his life, Judith, and together they have two children.

Surviving are his wife of 47 years, Judith (nee Hoek); daughter, Jodi (Mark) Kruithoff-Winchester; son, Dean Kruithoff; his brothers and sisters-in-law, Howard Lampen, Ruth (Ron) Hertz, June (Gene) Chrispel, Gord (Joann) Hoek, Lois VanderZwaag, Glenn (Marilyn) Hoek; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Sena; sister-in-law, Dolores; brother-in-law, Bob VanderZwaag.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, May 19, at Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 1601 Post Dr. NE., Belmont. His family will greet relatives and friends Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and one hour prior to the service at the funeral chapel. His family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Lacks Cancer Center, Pilots for Christ, Mayo Clinic and Faith Hospice at Trillium Woods for their care and support shown to Tony and his family.
