Dearest Family,
I met Gaye for the first time a few years ago thru Jeanette. There were several occasions that all three of us had gotten together. The last time was just around Easter. Gaye wasn't feeling well and was having tests done the following week. I prayed hard for her and was beyond shocked when Jeanette told me about her diagnosis. I was checking in constantly with Jeanette to see how Gaye was doing, continuing to pray for her and your family the entire time. It was obvious the first time I met her what a special person she was. Actually, it was thru Jeanette telling Gay I was looking for a job that I was able to find one as Coordinator of the Ochsner BR Gift Shop. It was fate and I've been grateful ever since. Your family has my deepest sympathy. May your wonderful memories with her sustain you thru this difficult time. Love,
