Mary Alice Jennings Latino, 81, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, died Friday, Aug. 16, 2013. She was a native of Thibodaux and resident of Donaldsonville.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday and from 8 a.m. until funeral time Tuesday at Ourso Funeral Home in Donaldsonville. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Word of Life Church at 1701 Maginnis St. in Donaldsonville, with burail in Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Cemetery in Donaldsonville.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Joseph A. Latino Sr.; daughters, Patricia Russo and husband, Rocky, Donna L. Barbier, and Lisa Matassa and husband, Steve; sons, Joseph "Joey" A. Latino Jr., James Latino, and Dale Latino and wife, Toni; nine grandchildren, Jay and wife, Darie, Jarred, and Jordan Russo, Brandi and James Latino, Alexandra and Alayna Matassa, and Ashley and Ross Barbier; three great-grandchildren, Cameron and Logan Russo, and baby, Ella Nicole; brother, Edward Jennings and wife, Geraldine; and sister-in-law, Dorothy "Dot" Jennings.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Agnes Jennings; and brothers, Charles, James, and Jessie Jennings.
Pallbearers will be Joey Latino, James Latino, Dale Latino, Jay Russo, Jarred Russo, Jordan Russo, James Michael Latino, and Ross Barbier.
