Curtis Verrett Obituary
Visitation will be 5-10 p.m. Friday and from 8 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at Falgout Funeral Home in Houma. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Shanna Bonvillian Verrett; stepfather, James Sr. and wife, Judy Corteaux; mother, Leah Verdin Corteaux; father, Curtis Sr. and wife, Fay Fay Verrett; sons, Jeremiah and wife, Lauren, and Kevin and Brandon Verrett; brothers, Richard Verrett, James Jr., Mitchell, Jeremy, Jason, Jerrod, and Joshua Corteaux, and Vincent and Cain Verrett; and sisters, Melinda Corteaux and Caresse Verrett.
He was preceded in death by his son, Curtis Verrett III; maternal grandparents, Evans Sr. and Leah Billiot Verdin; paternal grandparents, Victor and Marie Parfait Verrett; and brothers, Gene Thomas and Jedidiah Corteaux.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
Falgout Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
