Francis Marceaux Obituary

Francis A. Marceaux Sr., 62, a native and resident of Gibson, died Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2015.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Saturday, Feb. 28, at Gibson Baptist Church. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth Marceaux; daughter, Michelle Branson; brother, Elston Marceaux Jr.; grandchildren, Donna Branson, Ashley Branson and Vance Branson Jr.; and great-grandchild, Rosalye Michelle Ford.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elston and Gloria Marceaux.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

I knew Francis when I lived in Gibson a long time ago. We all some good times when we would take our dates to Houma to go dances or to the movies.
