Richard Sagona Obituary
Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 30, and from 8 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday at Falgout Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Patricia Bergeron Sagona; sons, Richard "Ricky" Sagona Jr. and wife, Karen Brown Sagona, Randy Sagona Sr. and companion, Angie Gonzales, and Robbie Sagona and wife, Bonita Neff Sagona; grandchildren, Richard III, Randy Jr., Ashley, Courtney, Taylor, Kaleigh, Kealey and Camryn; great-grandchildren, Cullen, Sophia, Kiah and Braelyn; and sister, Louise (Dane) Sagona Ledet.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Louise Ciccio Sagona; sisters, Rita Lange, Katherine Reeves, Betty Vail and Anna Mae McElroy; and brothers, Anthony and Frank Sagona Jr.
Richard was a loving husband, father and grandfather who love his "treasures." He was a teamster in the trucking industry and a business owner.
The family would like to thank Bayou Home Care, Terrebonne General Medical Center and all the physicians and their staffs.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Moved away years ago. But the one thing i will always remember is uncle richards smile and sense of humor. My prayers are with his boys wife and entir ed family. Wish i could have made time to go see him but time gets away from us.

Rich, had been telling me for 36 years he was dying, never believed him. Would just say "AGAIN", well this time he did it, my life will never be the same without him. My friend, my BROTHER, my acomplish in all things. I will never be the same again.Love u big brother!
