Calbert Dufrene Obituary

Calbert J. Dufrene Sr., 75, a native of Gheens and resident of Raceland, passed away Friday, Nov. 7, 2014.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Monday at St. Mary Catholic Church in Raceland. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Foret Dufrene; sons, Calbert Dufrene Jr. and wife, JoAnna, and Audie Anthony Dufrene and wife, Everly; daughter, Patrice Arcement and husband, Danny; grandchildren, Joshua, Dustin, Wesley Arcement, Bryan Barclay, Kylie, Kolby, Kristi, and Ashlee' Dufrene; great-grandchildren, Sadie, Taylor, Layla, Bently, Brooklyn, Kaleb, and Anthony; brother, Kevin Dufrene; and sisters, Louella Dufrene and Sylvia Theriot.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifton and Lorena Plaisance Dufrene.
Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
