Dorothy Gautreaux Obituary
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday at Holy Savior Catholic Church in Lockport. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Hubert Gautreaux Sr.; sons, Gary Gautreaux Sr. and wife, Deborah, and Craig Gautreaux and wife, Terri; daughter, Myra G. Adams and husband, Neil; grandchildren, Marcey, Clay, Gary Jr., Kylie, Cody, Garret, Alyssa, and Alex; great-grandchildren, Brody, Chloe, Chase, Luke, Nathan, Emmalyn, Trevor, Trent, Ayden, Wyatt, Camden, and Carter; and sisters, Doris Boudreaux and Dolores Guidry and husband, Walter.
She was preceded in death by her son, Hubert Gautreaux Jr.; and parents, Clement and Sophie Boudreaux.
Dorothy was a member of Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary.
Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.

My heart has become very heavy as I heard of the passing of one of the kindest, sweetest, and very loving lady I have had the pleasure of knowing in this lifetime........my deepest sympathy to Mr. Hubert and her entire family. May The Lord wrap each and everyone one of you in his loving arms and give all of you the comfort and strength in this time of need.....she has earned her wings.

Lord took home another angel when he called Ms. Dot. She was a great lady and a good friend to us all. One of the best examples of how to be a mother and a friend to us all. She is truely missed.
