Gladys Bilello Obituary
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until funeral time Thursday at Holy Savior Catholic Church in Lockport. A Mass of Christian burial will be at noon Thursday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her son, Larry LeBlanc and wife, Mary; daughters, Marian LeBlanc Barker and husband, Donovan, and Deanie LeBlanc Pere and husband, Ronnie; stepson, A.J. Bilello; stepdaughters, Lena Ledet and Betty Jane Daigle; sisters, Jeanne Luquette, Earline Pitre, Rita Pertuit, and Clara Matherne; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Alcee LeBlanc; second husband, Charley Bilello; parents, Raoul and Lucia Hebert Zeringue; stepsons, Gregory "Buddy" Bilello and Leo Bilello; brothers, Clifton, Thompson, Camille, Dennis, Blaise, and Malcolm Zeringue; and sisters, Louise Stevens and Laura Dominique.
She enjoyed sewing and gardening.
The family would like to express their appreciation for the excellent care she received from the staffs of Ochsner St. Anne Hospital, Terrebonne General Medical Center and The Broadway.
Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.

I am so sorry I will not be able to attend her funeral. I have so many wonderful memories of Mrs Gladys. She and my Aunt Izabel Joseph Adams were best friends. I know they so enjoyed their time together. She was an exquisite seamstress and made many beautiful gowns for me during school. She was always dressed so elegant. I was able to visit with her at the Broadway. She represented a well dressed and elegant generation. I will keep her family in my prayers. May our Lord comfort them as only He can...On behalf of my mother Yvonne Gulbeau Joseph, we extend our deepest sympathy to the family.
