Pierre A. LeBlanc, 70, a native of Lafayette and resident of Houma, died at 4:40 a.m. Wednesday, July 2, 2014.
Visitation will be held from 8 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with burial at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Fountain Memorial Cemetery in Lafayette.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Kaye LeBlanc; son, Shane LeBlanc; daughters, Shannon LeBlanc, and Sunny LeBlanc and fiance, Anouda Lirette; sister, Susanne LeBlanc; and grandson, Keegan.
He was preceded in death by his parents, P.A. LeBlanc Sr. and Ruby Norris LeBlanc.
Pierre was a parishioner of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church and served in the U.S. Marine Corps during peacetime. He worked for Tennessee Gas Pipeline Co. for 31 years until his retirement and was an avid Harley Davidson rider.
Pierre was a loving husband, father, brother, and grandfather.
