Anne Dupont Picou, 81, a native of Baton Rouge and resident of Patterson, died at 11:09 a.m. Thursday, May 2, 2013.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, and from 9 a.m. until funeral time Monday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux.
She is survived by her son, Robert Lloyd Picou, of Lafayette; daughters, Denise Marie (Ronald) Picou Romero and Michelle Kay (Joey) Picou Templet, all of Morgan City, and Monique Claire Picou Chitwood, of Sunset; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Ernest Picou; parents, Thomas Jefferson Dupont and Nellie Mae Bankston Dupont; son, David Charles Picou; brother, Richard Dupont; and sister, Tommye Lynn Dupont Linger.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
