Chantelle Therese Bourgeois, 38, a native and resident of Raceland, died Friday, Dec. 28, 2012 at 10:50 a.m.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday and from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday at Victory Life Church in Lockport. A Mass of Christian burial will begin at 11 a.m. Monday at the church, and burial will follow at St. Hilary of Poitiers Cemetery.
She is survived by her parents John J. Bourgeois and Bonnie Hebert; brother John J. Bourgeois Jr.; sisters Eula Verret and husband Dean, Tina Detillier and husband Jody; nieces Jena Detillier, Deanna Bourgeois and Rebekah Bourgeois; nephews Jody J. Detillier II, Bryce Fanguy and Benjamin Fanguy.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents Roy and Edwina Bourgeois and Louiso and Eula Mae Hebert.
She was a parishioner of Victory Life Church.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Mathews is in charge of arrangements.
