Clarence Butler, 60, a native of Terrebonne parish and a resident of Houma, died on Wed. July 18, 2012.
A visitation will be held on Sat. July 7, 2012 from 9 am. until 10:45 am. at Gertrude Geddes Willis- Terrebonne with funeral services at 11 am. A burial will follow at the Woodlawn Ranch Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Hart, son, Clarence Butler Crochet and wife Victoria, brother, Freddie Butler, sisters, Ruby Trosclair, Lucille Francois, Shirley Tolbert, Mary Lee Johnson and husband Bernard, Margaret Butler, Carolyn Williams and husband Charles, Barbara Short and husband Andrew, and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur, Sr. and Mary Jones Butler, brother, Arthur Butler, Jr., sisters, Ida B. Massey, Emily B. Sims, and Audrey Butler, and his grandparents, Williams, Sr. and Genevia Sanders Jones and Fred and Jenny V. Butler.
He was a Baptist.
Gertrude Geddes Willis-Terrebonne is in charge of arrangements.
