Kenneth Andras

Kenneth J. Andras, 57, a native and resident of Thibodaux, was born Dec. 20, 1954 and died Saturday, March 10, 2012.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday at Thibodaux Funeral Home. Religious services will begin at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, followed by dismissal.

He is survived by his sons, Jeremy Andras and Lee Andras; brother, Charlton Andras Jr ; and grandchildren, Jasmine Andras, Jayce Andras and Alyssa Chancey.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlton Andras Sr. and Odessa Guillot Andras.

Mr. Andras was the owner and operator of Ken's Texaco for 10 years and finished his career at Avondale Shipyard.

The family would like to thank Dr. James Ellis and the staff of St. Joseph Hospice.

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

You were always a special person with a good heart... I feel so bad I was not able to be there in your final days. I will never forget the good times we had at Avondale and thanks for always being there for me. I know you are in heaven with the Angels above! you will be missed
