Orita Mae Stewart Baker, 78, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Houma, died Friday, Sept. 13, 2013.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at Rock of Ages Baptist Church. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in Woodlawn Ranch Cemetery.
She is survived by her sons, Tyrone, David and Earl Baker, of Houma; sisters, Mildred (Lloyd) Johnson and Odessa (Charles) Brumfield, of Houma; daughters, Earline Baker, of Houma, and Courtney Baker, of Phoenix, Ariz.; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Baker; parents, Albert Sr. and Cora Stewart; brother, Herman Stewart Jr.; and sisters, Hazel Butler and Hilda Lagarde.
