Ronald Williams, 66, a native of Houma and resident of Baytown, Texas, died Saturday, May 18, 2013.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at New Mount Pilgrim Baptist Church, with burial in Southdown Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Devoria S. Williams, of Houma; sons, Ron K. Steward, Jewroyal Williams and Ryan Scott, all of Houma, Kevin Coates, of Anahuac, Texas, Ronald Wayne Celestine, of Denver, Colo., Jacoby (Treva) Deville, of Houston, Texas, and Stephen, Ron C. and Trevis Deville, all of Lake Charles; daughters, Tedra D. Steward, of Lafayette, and Jasmine Allen and Sarah (Calvin) Lewis, of Houma; stepsons, Michale Steward, of Gonzales, and Darnel T. Deville, of Houma; stepdaughters, Iniki Scott, of Baton Rouge, Sabrina Deville, of Houma, and Kimberly D. (Marcus) Sirls and Mary Deville, of Houston, Texas; 23 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and sisters, Geraldine Harmon and Catherine Williams, of Baytown, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George Sr. and Rosalie M. Williams; maternal grandparents, Millie and John Smith Mallory; paternal grandparents, Freeman Sr. and Catherine Mitchell Williams; daughter, Schwann Deville; son, JaQuan Veal; sisters, Shirley, Pamela and Linda Williams and Millie Celestine; and brothers, George Jr., Donald and John Freeman Williams.
