Thomas Glenn Chapman, 52, a native of Lake Charles, and resident of Houma, died Sunday, March 31, 2013.

Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Chauvin Funeral Home. The United Veterans League will conduct a service at 5 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Hebert Chapman of Houma; mother, Mary Mae Chapman and late husband, James Chapman Jr., of Houma; mother-in-law, Nettie Hebert of Gonzales; stepsons, Toby Fanguy, Elrin Fanguy III, and Corey Fanguy; brothers, James Norris Chapman III and wife, Stephanie, of Houma; John Keith Chapman and companion, Donna Wedgeworth, of Bourg; and Timothy Neil Chapman and wife, Vickie, of Schriever; sisters, Jayme Suzanne Chapman of Houma, and Aimee Teresa Chapman of Houma; step-grandchildren, Malory Fanguy and Timothy "T.J." Fanguy; and special granddaughter, Brittany Fanguy.
He was preceded in death by Junius "Bud" Hebert.
He was a corporal in the U.S. Marine Corps. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. He was a loving husband, brother, son, grandfather and stepfather. He was a hard worker who had a heart of gold.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
