Yolanda Bias, 47, a native of Raceland and resident of Houma, died Sunday, Nov. 25, 2012.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to service time Saturday at Plymouth Rock Baptist church in Houma. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in Morning Star Baptist Church Cemetery in Raceland.
She is survived by five sons, Dwayne (Kayla) Bias, Jonathan (Kenyetta) Bias, Douglas Bias, Dontrell (Crystal) Bias and Terrence (Shakanya) Bias; one brother, Edward Alexander Jr.; four sisters, Mary (George) Verrett, Betty (Irvin) Charles, Ella (Arnold) Verrett and Delphine Bias; and 17 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Elenoise Alexander.
She was a member of Plymouth Rock Baptist Church in Houma.
Kennedy Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
