Ernest Camardelle
Ernest Camardelle, 80, a native of Westwego and resident of Gheens, died at 9:47 p.m. Monday, May 28, 2012.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Thursday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Paradis. Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, with burial at Resurrection Memorial Park in Mathews.
He is survived by his daguhter, Denise Lirette and husband, Roy; brother, Willie Camardelle; sister, Jane Soulieau; and one grandchild and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Elveria Dominique Camardelle; parents, Antoine and Alma G. Camardelle; stepson, Jesse Falgout; stepdaughter, Bonnie Falgout; four brothers, Mylou, Carmeron, Corbit, and Louis Camardelle; and two sisters, Lionel Richoux and Marylane Matherne.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
