Rosa Dell Martin
Rosa Dell Georgia Bergeron Martin, 85, a native of Terrebonne Parish and a resident of Houma, died Saturday, June 9, 2012.
Visitation will be Tues. June 12, 2012 from 5 pm. to 9 pm. and Wed. June 13 at Bayou Blue Methodist Church. A religious service will be held at 11 am at the church. Burial will be in Rogers Cemetery in Houma.
She is survived by her husband, Simon Morris Martin, son, Donald Lee Martin, daughter, Lelia Martin Luke and husband Russell, and Patsy Martin Portier, 11 grandchildren, and 22 great-grand children.
She was preceded in death by her father, Wilsley Joseph Bergeron, mother, Milda "Mame" Porche, brother, Thaddius Daigle, sister, Cecile Landry, and her daughter-in-law, Sylvia Tregre Martin.
Samart Funeral Home of Houma, L.L.C. is in charge of arrangements.
