Irene P St. Pierre, 88, a native of Golden Meadow and a resident of Galliano, died on July, 4 2012.
A visitation will be held from 9 am. to Mass time at 11 am. on Sat. July 7, 2012 at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Golden Meadow. A Burial will follow in the Hebert Cemetery in Galliano.
She is survived by her son, Richard "Ricky" St. Pierre, Jr. and wife Pam, daughters, Jan St. Pierre, Jennifer Ogle, Janice LeBlanc and Janelle Bourg and husband Kent Sr., brothers, Claude Pitre, Ecland Pitre, Jr., and Leo "Blackie" Pitre, sister, Rita Blanchard, 13 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard St. Pierre, Sr., parents, Ecland, Sr. and Florida Angelette Pitre, brothers, Harris Pitre and Landry Pitre, sisters, Norma Gisclair, Velma "Sweet" Pitre, Inez Richoux and Lelia Pitre.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
