Aubrey Chaisson Sr.
Aubrey C. Chaisson Sr., born on Aug. 2, 1933, a native of Bridge City and a resident of Golden Meadow, died on Mon. July 9, 2012.
A visitation was held from 9 am. to 12:30 on Wed. July 11, 2012 at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home. A Mass was celebrated at 1 pm. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. The burial will followed at the church cemetery.
He was survived by his son, Aubry Chaisson Jr., daughters, Audrey Chaisson, Donna Chaisson, Penny Chaisson, grandchlidren, Johnny, Audra and Audrey Cheramie, Donald Willyard Jr., Derek Willyard, Aubrey Chaisson III, Renata Chaisson, Bridget Lane, Jesse Lane, Dillion Lane and twenty great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by the mother of his children, Bernice Gisclair Cheramie, parents, Oscar Chaisson and Edna Theriot Chiasson, brothers, Clarence Chaisson, Norris Chaisson, and Leroy Chaisson, grandchild, Harry Cheramie Jr., and one great-grandchild.
He enjoyed fishing.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
