Calvin Every
Calvin Every, 69, a native and resident of Thibodaux, died Monday, Oct. 1, 2012.
A Visitation will be held 9 a.m. on Friday at Morning Star Baptist Church (Livas Lane) in Thibodaux. A Religious Service will be held 11 a.m. at Morning Star Baptist Church (Livas Lane) in Thibodaux on Friday. A burial will follow in the Young Men's Benevolent Cemetery at Lafourche Crossing.
He is survived by his mother Amy Ellis Every; five sons Dwayne (Shawn) Every, Calvin III (Cassandra) Every, Milton (Deshanna) Every, Eddie (Christine) Every, Foster (fiancé Sherita) Every; one daughter Darlene (Lenize) Coleman; one sister Jeanette Harris and one brother Richard Triggs. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his wife Ella Mae Green Every, father Calvin Every Sr., brother Leroy Every, sister Mary Helen Johnson and nephew Don Oliver Frye.
He was a United States Army veteran.
Kennedy Funeral Home of Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
