Catherine R. "Cathy" Vaughn, 69, a native and resident of Raceland, passed away at 10:52 a.m. Monday, Feb. 25, 2013.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until funeral time Friday at St. Mary's Nativity Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be at noon Friday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her daughter, Kristi V. Morvant and husband, Carl; brothers, Donald Robichaux, Frances Robichaux and wife, Brenda, and Samson "Sammy" Robichaux and wife, Cheryl; brother-in-law, Manuel Ferrier; sisters, Eve R. Breaux Bruce and husband, Roy, Rosalie R. Benoit and husband, Eroy, and Charlene R. Griffin and husband, Michael Thompson; sister-in-law, Annie Robichaux; grandchildren, Robbie Kincy and fiancée, Renee Lagarde, Dustin Kincy and fiancée, Melanie Dempster, and Brenna Morvant; and great-grandchild, Kiley Kincy.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William "Bill" Vaughn; parents, Paul Sr. and Marie Pertuit Robichaux; brother, Paul Robichaux Jr.; and sister, Lovenia R. Ferrier.
She was a Catholic and a parishioner of St. Mary's Nativity Catholic Church.
